This image isn't mine; I found it on the Internet. However, it reflects our current state of affairs pretty well.
With the chaos that has overtaken our home due to packing, lots of love and one cat can save the day.
Also, I wouldn't refuse some extra help in the kitchen. Any volunteers? I'm tired of eating takeout.
My culinary and baking exploits are fast becoming legendary. I would be happy to help out.
ReplyDeleteRooms take forever to empty don't they?
Hang in there Olga. I am too far to cook for you unfortunately. Veronique (French Girl in Seattle)
ReplyDeleteGood luck Olga dear, packing up for moving house is a terrible chore, hopefully you will be in your new house soon.
ReplyDeleteYes, cats are always good for a cuddle and that calming presence.

ReplyDeletelove is all we need.
ReplyDeleteThinking of you transporting yourselves to your new home. Packing is such a final experience; losing one's identitiy slightly, which adds to the packing chaos. Just think though ... soon you will be there and beginning again (still amidst chaos of course, but busy filling your home with its new identity - yours).
ReplyDeleteCuddle uour beautiful cat and think furry thoughts!
I would cook for you, if I were nearer...
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Happy New Home... I've missed you! :)

Love and a cat goes a long way. I will happily pop over and do some cooking for you, how much are air fares? Guess I also need a visa!!! LOL Diane
ReplyDeleteGood luck. I will be happy to help if I were around, but I've just arrived in San Sebastian!
ReplyDeleteOh packing is just not one of my skills... not really a fan. And a cat can sure ease some of the stress of packing... and yeah a good home cooked meal is missed after several takeouts.
ReplyDeleteGood luck Olga, thinking of you and hoping you are okay. x
ReplyDeleteQuand il s'agit de cuisiner, le chef Richard arrive. Tu vas te régaler! Où sont les conserves?
ReplyDeleteHi, Olga! Just wanted to let you know that I shared links to a few beautiful Japanese blogs in my Логово :) Maybe you'll want to have a look at them when you have time.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's possible to teach your cat how to wash dishes and/or cook? :)
